Ask HN: Is a 2019 guide for AWS Certified Developer guidebook still up-to-date?
I've been studying the AWS Certified Developer - Associate Guide for the past few weeks and would like to know if it's up-to-date with AWS.
The book in question is a Packt edition, published May, 2019 (Tankariya/Parmar, Second Edition)
If it's outdated what new resources should I look to? (The book originally cost about $40+, and am not keen on paying for it again if AWS docs can fill in the blanks)
Thank you in advance.

[ 2.5 ms ] story [ 21.8 ms ] threadFWIW, A Cloud Guru merged with Linux Academy, and now Pluralsight is merging with the combined ACG+LA entity. I don't know if that means that the final result will contain the union of all of the sets of content that were originally associated with each respective site, but so far it appears that the "new ACG" has pretty much everything that LA had. I bring this up because I can testify that I used mostly the Linux Academy course(s) to prepare for the AWS Certified Solution Architect test, and found their material to be pretty good. My guess is that the same would be true for the AWS Certified Developer certification, and other similar ones as well.
