For those interested in this lawsuit and appeal, I highly highly recommend the YouTube series Virtual Legality, wherein a law firm covers various software, technology, and copyright (such as Marvel or Taylor Swift) related case updates that you hear about (with a particularly-large treasure trove of background on Epic vs. Apple) with often extremely in-depth coverage to avoid and correct any misconceptions. They did almost an hour on this appeal!
