Terrible how: No problem in any country matters until people in the goverment feel affected. Inflation doesn't matter, criminality doesn't matter, corruption doesn't matter... etc
On the topic: How can people on the internet be held accountable without imposing heavy restrictions on information exchange?
I can only think of requiring any and all posts in any format to have its physical creator listed: no anonymous forums, no fake social media accounts, no international media.
