They're going to force people who quarantine at home (rather than a government-mandated quarantine "hotel" with guards) to install and use an app. Facial recognition, GPS tracking in your own home. Is there a limit on the number of in-person quarantine checks you're allowed before they haul you off to a government holding facility? If not, the activist thing to do is to install the app and never respond to it. If enough people do this, the government will very quickly run out of resources for doing the in-person checks. Increasing the cost of compliance by throwing sand into the gears is a time tested method of combating this type of thing. If there is a limit before you're imprisoned, it takes some more personal sacrifice but imprisoning people for quarantine consumes resources too. How much of the population is the government willing and able to imprison?
I don't even want to entertain these questions. They are not questions that should be entertained in 2021 when we have full knowledge of the Holocaust and have full knowledge of the kind of darkness that lurks in the hearts of humans. They could scale up facilities to do whatever they want to millions of people.
