openbsd devs wrote code to monitor all users on github. if issue or pr refers to openbsd it is link in irc/matrix. they then decide if it should be mobbed by their devs or attack users for thoughts

A few corrections:

- The feed dumps to Matrix. Not IRC. It's also generally available via RSS/ATOM: https://suah.dev/{atom,rss}.xml

- There is also a feed for LibreSSL things: https://suah.dev/libressl_{atom,rss}.xml

- It isn't built to "monitor all users on github". It monitors public data specific to a topic and aggregates it into a convenient feed.
