What impact would using humans instead of mice in all lab experiments have?

How could that change drugs, vaccines research, etc? Of course ignoring the obvious ethical aspects for the sake of question

Many fewer experiments by a factor of 1000 or so.

A lot of poor people would die for no real good reason. Companies would just test the drugs in the 3rd world and then test in 1st world if results were promising
