This is assuming that these rules won't eventually extend to all of Australia and that the fascists hungry for more power won't extend them permanently to create a two-tier society where one side is deemed the enemy of the public health and the other side has to do whatever their overlords say or risk being removed from society via increasingly invasive protocols. This is tyranny. It is my sincere hope that the people on this forum have not been completely primed by some media's attempts to divide everyone along vaccinated or unvaccinated lines. It's a distraction and a way for the powerful to consolidate power.
What hubris and vile intention, then, to formulate this "reopening" the way Daniel Andrews did:

Bull fucking shit. Lightest touch possible? Simplest, most easily understood rules? A series of rules? This clown wants a two-tier society and more and more rules. Does anyone truly believe this trash he is saying, or that he is well-intentioned and honest? Do you really think these rules will ever go away as long as Daniel Andrews and his entire cohort are still in office and exercising their new-found powers of barking out orders and dividing the people?
I hear a more naive fellow from the audience saying - "Don't worry everyone! He said it'll be as close to normal life as possible!!" But we know and see that meanwhile, inch by inch, Daniel Andrews and his colleagues take more of your freedom. They will try to rely on young inexperienced people who lack a long enough memory to understand the risks of what's happening, bribing them into silence with a drink at the pub or a football game. They will try to mobilize the uninformed youth against those with experience and insight.
These people are charlatans. Say no, vote against them. Call and talk to your local elected officials and organize, if you still want to have a normal life in Australia. Don't believe their phony polling numbers about how many people supposedly support these actions. If the support was that absolute, media wouldn't need to be blatantly ignoring the increasing protests or the vile exercise of power that the Australian authorities have attempted over the last year.
