Ask HN: Agile/SCRUM devs, do you have work 'outside' your scrum team?

I have a question for Agile/SCRUM developers, do you have work 'outside' your scrum team?

For example: specific work that comes from senior management that is not captured on a JIRA board, one-person projects to accomplish a task, work related to bonus objectives OR OKRs set by managers?
