It looks like the term "quantum supremacy" is now too dangerous a term to use. Someone needs to update the wikipedia page [1], I guess.
Separately, what these guys did is silly. Richard Borcherds (Fields medalist) explains it in a very entertaining way in [2], and likens this type of test to the concept of "teapot supremacy".
