Ask HN: Resources for Acquiring Small Startups?

I'm looking to acquire a company in the software/devops space with a solid customer base, revenue stream, and founder(s) looking to exit. Can anyone provide resources or tips on how to hunt down companies that may be willing to do a M&A?

Using a buy side broker as well, but hoping to get more information on organic acquisition.
