Would a Dual Class Share Structure keep us from raising institutional funds?

As a founder, I'm curious about Dual Class Share structures. I hear a lot of conflicting opinions about how they help or hurt.

Would a Dual Class Share structure for instance put off a prospective institutional investor or PE firm from investing?
