Okay, a few sentences in and that's enough for me to dismiss this article out of hand. The Hague ruled in favor of Chevron several years ago and said the 2013 Ecuador Supreme Court case was obtained "through fraud, bribery and corruption".
Call the Hague wrong, justice perverted, Chevron a big meanie, or whatever you like, but contrary to what this article asserts, Chevron does not owe $9.5 billion in environmental damages.
