Why doesn't the web version of ycom have a downvote for mobile?

i've let it slid, i could have downvoted on a ton of comments or post since i've been on this site, but i haven't because i don't want to use my mac just to downvote since i am usually on my phone, why doesn't the native ycom have a downvote?

You need at least 501 karma to get the priviledge to downvote other items.

You also can't downvote if the thread is older than 24 hours and you can't downvote any direct response to your comments.

Therefore, even on your MAC you couldn't downvote either since you are below that threshold.

Furthermore, there's not any official Ycom/HN apps on mobile platforms.
