Ask HN: What missing skillset is currently holding you back in your career?

My speaking skills. Currently, I`m trying hard to improve them (by different courses, tips like this - https://ivypanda.com/blog/how-to-improve-your-speaking-skill... and so on), but it`s hard. At least for me.
