Can we add a (2013)? This article is over 8 years out of date.
Is it not much more relevant today, than it was in 2013 though? At a minimum, the core thesis of the article stands.
The article has been there with that text since at least May.

Couldn't find what might've been reported on by the CBS affiliate on 4 Sep 2013 though.

So many questions. Is this a widely-known thing in the NBC archives? If so, what was the original context and why has it been left up (the CMS entry is dated 2013)? If not, how did the submitter find it? I tried incrementing the URL and got 404s, so the path isn’t discoverable.
