Zendesk Gouging
Is anyone else finding that Zendesk are continuously shifting their terms and conditions to make use much more expensive, especially for small teams?
I have been using a Zendesk ticketing system for 2.5 years on a small team that is part of a large project and today I go to do to some actions and I find the following, which would result in orders of magnitude more expense for the same functionality:
"You need to be on Zendesk Support Professional or Enterprise in order to try Explore. Upgrade your account to start your free Explore Professional trial."
