Speaking personally, I've been to the old MOFAD space in Brooklyn and a few of their digital events and would highly recommend. They bring in a lot of interesting perspectives on the intersection between culture/food and have kept up a pretty frequent cadence of interesting/different programming even through the pandemic.
The first exhibition was funded by a kickstarter, which is great. The museum has come a long way since then, curious where does funding come from today?
