Covid
When people think lying is better than death, no matter how clearly you point out a lie, they never see it, because the consequence, they believe, is death
When the WHO said masks were ineffective, did they believe it? Unlikely. We based our lives on that information, and accused those who didn't
The consequence of lying is deathly -- it breaks down trust, as truth is lost in a sea of misinformation, aswell as in misplaced assurance and certainty
When COVID first spread, other than for example New Zealand, every nation said "We have plans in place, we are sure we are safe, we don't need to stop travel." It turns out they were completely wrong... But now they are completely right
Hypocrisy hastens death's coming, but blinds us to it. I want us to face future problems in unity and trust, together. So we face death
Before COVID two members of my family died from routine injections. One my grandfather, and one a lady who wanted to give her child to us for adoption. Nothing is without risk. Vaccination injections on balance being the most sensible option is a different argument to saying they are completely safe
A small lie? Lies kill, and if not misinformation, it is a dynamo that drives it
We are all post reason: the age where truth is what we want it to be. We ask our politicians to decieve us. If they spoke the truth, we would change the channel
Stop lying Face death
For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear
They say to the seers, "Stop seeing visions!" and to the prophets, "Do not prophesy to us the truth! Speak to us pleasant words; prophesy illusion
More to say, but you are not ready to hear
