I'm very happy with Code not having any kind of toolbar in it. One of the things I did in my Emacs config for Windows was disable its toolbar, because it's just a waste of space when you do most things with keystrokes. It's the same with Code; a toolbar would just be a distraction and a reduction of the editing area for no real advantage.
