Could we maybe work on better default settings and Microsoft Office compatibility first?
Language support and file format compatibility support are pretty orthogonal. No task was delayed supporting Klingon language (except maybe support for Ferengi language).
What default settings are missing in your opinion?
I don't think things like this should be hardcoded? Not sure...

Klingon is certainly much more sensible than many of the languages from 'shit-hole' countries. 'shit-hole' countries should be using bootleg Office for starters and people should help them with this.

Where is a complex test? Testing word wrap or subscripts or known topographical issues? Again maybe not needed, maybe Klingon was designed to fit with English topographically?

All this stuff will take a meeting, because the questions have to be answered. Which is ok, there will be meetings about smaller user bases, which is separate from rarer issues across all users, which is by far most important.

If it fails a general user one in 300 times that could lose you all your user base. You don't remember the 99.9% of times Write opens the document correctly. A subset of users who speak Dargwa for instance are not as important.

What an incredible waste of time just to signal wE’Re lE d0rKy
LibreOffice and Mozilla (cf 'colorways'): S in FOSS stands for 'sh*t no sane user cares about'.

This should fill me with existential dread, but it doesn't actually. The memories of hope are enough, considering that good things tend to get corrupted and come to an end.
