I have never seen it this bad before

This individual has probably tens of thousands of hacked accounts to keep posting this spam

Just change the username to some Unicode gibberish that fools twitter's detection.

I don't understand how twitter allows this to happen in terms of the hacked accounts and constant spam. Are they not aware of this problem? Don't people complain and report the posts?
