We have ATT, Comcast, and Verizon connections on our various devices and only Verizon is really working and that not great. (My connection to Verizon from here sucks on a good day so it’s hard to say if it’s the typical connection or worse.) Can only get one hop past my Comcast gateway currently, which is internal to Comcast.
It runs on T-Mobile network mostly. T-Mobile is already unusable even for priority traffic (postpaid plan). I imagine that lower priority nvmo is even worse.
Xfinity went down first. My T-Mobile slowed to almost unusable soon after. Barely enough to open hacker news. My wife's Verizon lasted a bit longer, but almost dead now as well.
I had similar degradation on T-Mobile, but it seems to have cleared up. I was assuming everyone cut over to their cell networks shortly after Xfinity cut out.
In Sonoma County Comcast Business is down. T-Mobile also seems to be having issues.
By the way, take a look at the PurpleAir map - you can get an idea of the size and spread of the outage by the number of offline air quality sensors. Works for power outages too!

Read reports on Twitter that places as far north and south as Santa Rosa and Santa Barbara are out. It's a big one.
