Spectrum seems to be having issues for myself as well. Another coworker noted he’s having issues, though I’m not sure of his provider.

FYI: This twitter account, related to Kentik (The network observability company) often has some insights on these matters. If anyone has other sources which go deeper than the normal status sites, I am interested to learn of them.
