Hey guys,

I have been working in the DTC space in more than 7 countries in the middle east and Europe and gathered quite a lof of experience in creating companies, bank accounts, organisation of the legal system, taxes and more like logistics and co

I wondered if you guys would be interested by a sort of dashboard where you could create/manage all of that in a few clicks?

Of course. Do you have a more specific question ?
My question is more within the context of building a sort of OS for companies that wish to go international. I have done it and saw that it was a nightmare to understand so my guess is that a lot of people have been in my situation and would want something easy to use
Companies in the middle east ( Saudi, Oman etc ) are required to follow very rigid localization + sponsorship rules in both ownership/legal structure as well as in employee hiring.

I am curious to know more on how to plan on automating it. Would be very valuable in the Middle east region if possible.

You could semi-automate it - At least make it easy to understand and do
This could have an application for licensing satellites in other jurisdictions. Every jurisdiction has different rules, so sometimes you can get an advantage or get done what you need to in a different jurisdiction
I would love it for Europe and am sure that a lot of governments would too. France is openly pushing to get the startup scene going in their country, and Estonia is famous for its services to digital nomads.
Isn't there a lot of businesses in Europe who do that?
I'd also be interested in a Stripe-in-the-first-place for the rest of the world. Right now, it's only in the U.S., Western Europe, a bit of South America, Australia, India, and a few dots in Asia. https://stripe.com/global

No African country. I'm in Algeria, and it's not available here. Is there a blueprint or a checklist to get a country on the map? What would flip the switch?

It wouldn't work in Algeria because of the currency! (I'm Algerian...)
Isn't the black market for the currency very strong and kind of open. I have heard that they send their kids to USA and currency exchanges happen over the phone at an insane rate between families in Algeria and those in USA. I heard it is more reliable than official channels.
What does that mean, because of the currency? Are you referring to DZD? If that's the case, the transactions would not be in DZD but in EUR, USD.

Companies have bank accounts that are in EUR, or USD, and they'd link their account to Stripe and make transactions with these currencies.

I was asking about a playbook to get it done, including getting laws passed and legislation changed. Is there a checklist or a list of required conditions to put a country on that map?

I’d rather you guys got your shit together in support. Speaking to anyone on that team is a sure fire way to have a bad week.
