So it's the old Windows file manager, maintained by a single person ("The master branch contains changes I have made since 2007") and you have to sign a CLA to submit patches?
Anyway that UI brings back memories. The modern Windows/Gnome teams could really find inspiration in it to produce an empowering UX.
