Curious to hear if this lawsuit has any significant merit. From my perspective (IANAL), Ohio is going to have a tough time proving to the SEC that FB willfully misrepresented any of the key facts it alleges.
I think the most arguable is Xcheck, and that would require clear language from FB that it applied all rules equally on it's platform, which I haven't seen yet.
