Google Offers (google.com)

It looks like a competition to Groupon. And since google might have a lot more data than Groupun it seems it will be an interesting competition.

Neither Groupon nor Google would come close to Amazon offers because both of these requires you to explicitly sign up, where as you are already getting local deals in your inbox if you have signed up for Amazon or one of their credit cards.
