Title Was Changed. Can't Edit. Getting Moderated?

I just posted an article about writing headlines, and the title of my submission was changed. This defeats the whole purpose. Additionally, I am not able to edit the post or see the discussion thread.

Did I get moderated, is this is a fluke, or a known bug? Any help would be much appreciated.
