Ask HN: Recommendations on accelerators that provide legal assistance

I'm working on a project in the real estate space, with possible SEC considerations as well. I've consulted with some startup attorneys and received a quote of 8-10k for organizational and basic legal costs - it actually seems reasonable for the amount of work. I can't just use legalzoom or stripe atlas for this one.

Can anyone here recommend accelerators that would be well-equipped to provide this sort of legal assistance?
