TLDR — Built a totally freeform, drag & drop website builder. Launched 6m ago on HN, ended up on front page. Now, 15,000+ users and counting (https://showcase.mmm.page). _A lot_ of features added since then. Check it out @ https://mmm.page

Hello HN,
I launched http://mmm.page a few months back on Hacker News (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=27128424) and was stunned by the reception. Since then, I've listened to community feedback and improved it substantially — new block types, custom domains, editor improvements, user-aligned monetization, etc.
The motivation behind mmm.page, as I mentioned last time, is to let more people create personal websites — something like: What if a lot more people could create pages as easily and quickly as using a IG/Snap like WYIWYG editor? Where page elements could be rotated and askew and overlapping?
.
There are now well over 15,000 users, and a (small) selection of the most stunning/chaotic pages is on display at https://showcase.mmm.page.
A few highlights of changes since launching in May...
* Multi-select (most requested feature)
* Premium plans — supporter ($5/mo) and pro ($15/mo).
* Support for custom domains
* Smart embed (paste a link → automatically embed content if supported)
* Drawing (powered by perfect-freehand)
* Auto-generated social media share previews
* New block types — CodePen, SoundCloud, Spotify, Substack, Google Forms, Twitch, Tweet, Typeform
* Huge performance improvements (& more to come)
* Acquired m.page, mm.page, mmmm.page, and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.page
* ... and _a lot_ of quality of life changes + bug fixes.
.
Notably, there are now premium plans available — Supporter and Pro. And for a limited time, receive lifetime 20% off a Pro plan (works out to be $12/mo or $120/yr). If you find the tool useful, and want to see it continue to develop, please consider upgrading @ https://build.mmm.page/?upgrade
Yeah. There are more conventional websites that can be made with it too (will add them to the showcase soon) -- the core idea is that content is just easy to add and layout.
