Ask HN: Is Voting Turned Off?

I was taking vacation from HN for a few weeks and some time ago I came back. I noticed the little triangles next to submission are gone, same for comments. Is this feature removed or something else happened that I'm not aware of (i.e. karma levels required for voting got higher). I googled for the answers but could not find explanation.

@version_five pointed out it might be my browser setup, indeed I see upvotes in a browser without addons installed. Thanks for hints!

I see somebody voted. So it must be something about my account, I'd guess karma level?

Not for me, I can't see the triangles. I normally would see a triangle next to your comment so I could up-vote (I never had down-vote). Something changed and I don't have up-vote anymore :) And that's both for comments and submissions.

Have you confirmed it in multiple browsers? Could you have somehow blocked that element through ublock or something like that?

Weird, I always had HN in adblock whitelist, but I followed your advice and installed Min - upvotes are there. Seems it's my error, thanks for advice!

Do you happen to use Firefox and have images blocked via the setting in the hamburger menu? You might want to turn them on again.
