It's a shame the article didn't even mention the UK's National Quantum Computing Centre. Not a very well researched article tbh. https://www.nqcc.ac.uk Edit: I should mention that this place is at Harwell. I work there sometimes (I work for Jisc) and it is a fascinating place with great history and lots of exciting technology organisations.
