Ask HN: Suggestions of Joyful Reading Material

Reading a discussion of a proposal to implement history pruning for the Ethereum blockchain (https://reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/qzvsfq/impromptu_technical_ama_on_history_expiry/), I noticed that reading Vitalik is always a joy. I’m far from being an expert in blockchain and economics, but something about the way the guy explains complex and abstract ideas just clicks for me.

What are some authors, blogs or books that trigger this on yourself HN?

For me the topic is not important, but I prefer to read about physics and tech in general.
