I find such voyeurism deeply distasteful, and personally, I really don't think it belongs on HN.

Car-crash "journalism" at its absolute worst. Please consider deleting it.

This is a duplicate submission. I can't find the other one so I suspect it was flagged. Someone posted in it a link indicating this is a faked pic anyway.

Flagged for exactly this reason. He clearly wants privacy surrounding his health. Let's honor that here, at least.
