Simcity for the Body?

Is there a sim game out there that lets you play around with different systems in the body, tweaking parameters to see what the result would be, a la simcity?

I see a lot of cool 3d body-part visualizations out there but I am looking for more of a learning platform to accompany some reading I'm doing.

Picturing being able to set things like diet, exercise, stress, age, particular diseases etc, maybe specific genes, and see how they effect different body systems over time in interaction with each other ... thanks to anyone who's aware of anything like that.
