Software Engineer Masters = I HOPE SOME WHAT Benefit Web Developer?

I am currently a Coldfusion/Actionscript Developer.. Tired of my current job of 5 years. So I went back for my Masters in Software Engineering. I tried CPSC, but couldn't get my classes. Anywho,I have 2 more semesters to go. So far it is of course theoretical. But it seems this major is targeted towards lower level and defense systems, not web. God dammit, how bad was this decision? I figure I finish, only one more year to go... Your thoughts and advice are greatly appreciated.
