Each time this old article is rolled out I agree with it less.
The relational object mapping problem has some essential difficulty but it has been so many rounds of iteration that today’s answers are much better than those in the past, particularly when you give up on the assumption that OO is greater than relational and turn the problem inside out the way JooQ does.
