Unrelated, but a friend of my wife's got a phone call from their medical insurance, stating that they weren't up on all their shots. At the end, the call stated that it was paid for by Pfizer. Does anyone else find that creepy, stalker-ish, and borderline immoral?

I usually get a call when my car insurance is about to lapse.

Sure. You get a call from the car insurance company about your car insurance. But you don't get a call from the car insurance company that tells you that you haven't bought tires in a while (and that is paid for by Goodyear).

Yes, just like I find it creepy and immoral that governments all around the world are pushing big pharma's products on everyone.
