How to build a designers portfolio for an early designer.

Hello Everyone, I'm an early UI/UX designer with a very few designs under my belt and they are not enough to display. what should i do to populate designs in my portfolio? so I was just wondering if someone can help me with it. Thanks, -Zeeshan
