Neuro Evolving Robot Operatives (nn.cs.utexas.edu)

This must be quite old, since the Windows download is named Windows XP and the last updated version is from 2007 and only 32-bit. The game requires DirectPlay and it is functional on Windows 10.

Does any one knows if rtneat patent is enforceable ?
