Quite baffling there is no AirTag app for Android. Apart from that the software feature to alert somebody should have been added as a #1 priority as something like this is a stalker's or thief's dream come true.

It does alert a person if an airtag is closer to an iOS device that doesn't own it for over 3 days.
It would be interesting if Apple starts licensing Face ID technology to new vehicles, it’s going to get harder and harder to steal things as they become more digital.
