Ask HN: How do you get rid of unused cloud resources

I heard many horror stories about people getting unexpected fat bills from cloud providers like AWS and GCP, I think removing unused resources could be a remedy for such situations and I'm wondering how people are doing that ?

I just found out about cloud-nuke[1] for AWS and SafeScrub[2] for GCP.
