Team to Productize Video Library

I’m a senior spiritual teacher, well-schooled and realized in several authentic Eastern traditions. Over the last 20 years I’ve created >1000 instructional videos, totalling >500 hours of material, and related books. I want to make this material more accessible by creating an online presence, business and community around it. I’m the content creator, happy in that role, so I want to delegate the entire project. Here’s my thinking so far: • Assemble new—or recruit existing—team of Bangalore hackers with experience in the space. (Sorry, but few westerners would have the necessary broad cultural background) • Incorporate something, somewhere (nonprofit? LLC?) • Attract funding from existing fan base. • Transcribe, edit & internationalize videos for impact and brevity (Descript.com, frame.io, milkvideo.com) • Package and promote online video seminars. • Something something web3, DAO, community, NFTs, tokens something something (this is the sketchy part) • Design & launch Web3 teaching presence. • Create ‘guest ashram’ where people arrange their own accommodations in India or Sri Lanka (don’t want to be hotel manager/housemother) • Laugh all the way to the bank (no seriously, it’s a business)
