Yes, definitely something going on.

Verified in us-east-1 for sure

not working for me

Same here. S3 and EC2 appear to be down. AWS Console is barely responding.

Yep, PHD isn't loading, Cloudwatch is reporting SQS errors, metrics aren't loading, can't pull logs. This is in US-East-1.
