Ask HN: Best expense reporting app for small business (~50 employees)?

Our small business has about ~50 employees, all with varying degrees of technological understanding (blue collar to white collar). I'm looking for an app that allows us to report expenses

- company credit card

- personal credit card for reimbursement.

- mileage reimbursement

Any suggestions/recommendations?

My ezinvoice suite of apps has a simple "Expense Accounts" and "Reports" app that creates charts with monthly and yearly expenses.

I can't say it's the "best" app but it may be worth taking a look at. There's a demo here: https://cherrypc.com/app/demo.html

There isn't much expense data in that demo to demonstrate those features but you can add some to get an idea of how it works.

I'll add there's an option to run those apps on your web server and in-house and modify the code to suit your needs.
