Trying to build a SaaS product and I've been researching productivity software. There's a multiplicity of offerings in the market. They all appear to take the same approach to solving user problems seem to work in the same way.If you have ever used productivity software, what would you like to see done differently ?

How do you define "productivity software?" What are some examples?

The only thing I care about is if you let me self-host your solution. You could provide $50,000/month corporate support if you want, but I'm going to host it myself or not use it at all. I'm tired of getting caught between the cogs of someone elses money-making machine.
