What would a real Web3 look like? (write.as)

Web3 will first and foremost have an agreed upon Bitcoin fork\alternative that will be about x118 faster. Otherwise no one will leave Visa (1780/15 ratio of transactions/s). Same for Ethereum and any app that will be built on top of it.
