Release asset failing to download due to account egress limit (github.com)

I don't see any official response yet from Github. Surely they're already looking at it? However, users wouldn't know that so I'm sure they're getting a ton of duplicate support requests, tweets and github comments that wouldn't otherwise be necessary.
