Best processes and practices to bring into a team with a large code base?

Most modern teams are on some form of Agile development, what do you augment or do that's not super common but you see a lot of benefit in?

People generally dislike processes, because they add work. They need to see the benefits of adopting a process, otherwise they will just reject it. This is why you should always start from "What problems are you trying to solve?".
