So basically the premise is that getting the disease is more effective in preventing the disease than the vaccine. So, don't get the vaccine to prevent the disease, simply wait until you get the disease.
No. It argues that the immunity is superior to that of vaccine if you already have it. It does not argue that choosing this strategy to gain immunity is superior to getting a vaccine.
(It may very well be wrong, though. The virus is neurotropic, and several other neurotropic viruses come back to haunt healed patients a few decades later. The vaccines don't have this risk.)
